Welcome

Philipp Nedelmann – Complementary Practitioner

Welcome to the practice for a healthy life
A healthy body is the foundation for well-being, productivity, and happiness. In order to preserve health all the way into old age, the ability of the body to deal with disease is essential. In our complementary practice, we support you in dealing with acute and chronic affections.
Naturally, you can also visit us if you want to take preventive steps for your health by filling up your resources in order to stabilize your constitution and protect you from potential disease. On the following pages we would like to give you an overview of our practice and our complementary therapies.

Feel welcome to come to our practice at any time,
your complementary practitioner Philipp Nedelmann in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.

The concept of Cell Symbiosis Therapy®
Cell Symbiosis Therapy® according to the principles of Dr. Heinrich Kremer traces the origins of chronic disease to the increasing impairment of cellular performance powered by mitochondrial function.  Key factors include chronic inflammation, deficiencies in amino acids, trace elements, vitamins and/or polyphenols. Others may be industrial toxins such as heavy metals, nutritional deficiencies, low immunity, chronic infections, stress or electrosmog. Digestive disorders play an important role, too, such as intestinal malabsorption or maldigestion. Gene mutations are a further possible driver.
The primary aim of Cell Symbiosis Therapy® is to regenerate mitochondrial function and structure. This activates aerobic energy generation, improving systemic organ and cellular performance as a result. It also aims to downregulate the cell division program if it has been overactivated, governed as it is by the genes of the archaea. CST terms this the redifferentiation program, targeted towards reactivating differentiated cell activity under mitochondrial control.

What are mitochondria?
Each of our cells has around 1,500 mitochondria on average (with the exception of our erythrocytes). Myocytes have up to 2,000: mitochondria actually make up around 70% of the weight of the heart. And (healthy) nerve cells actually have up to 5,000 mitochondria each . Mitochondria are living organelles that have developed from bacteria, and govern almost all our metabolic activity, energy performance and detoxification processes. This means they play a central role in our health and recovery. When our mitochondrial function is impaired, the energy (ATP) required for controlling our differentiated cell activity is no longer formed within the mitochondria using oxygen and the formation of oxygen radicals, but either anaerobically outside the mitochondria via glucose fermentation, or aerobically, i.e., using oxygen, but without forming oxygen radicals. When this happens, cells activate their cell division cycle rather than continuing to drive the differentiated cell performance of all organ systems.

Several therapeutic steps are used in the Cellsymbiosistherapy®

  • Nutritional therapy
  • Colon therapy
  • Supplementation
  • Intravenous Therapy
  • Heavy Metal detoxifcation
  • Coaching/Psycho Therapy
  • Elimination of electrosmog

Factors that can disrupt mitochondrial function include

  • Chronic infections
  • Constant psychic stress, etc.
  • Deficiency of polyphenols, amino acids, or trace elements
  • Electrosmog
  • Food intolerances
  • Heavy metal toxicity
  • Hypoxia
  • Intestinal malabsorption
  • Low immunity

Examples of illnesses caused or accompanied by mitochondrial dysfunction

  • ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder)
  • AIDS
  • Allergies
  • Autoimme diseases
  • Cancer (an intracellular immune dysfunction – a “safety mode” in immune function)
  • Circulatory disorders – arteriosclerosis, heart attack, stroke
  • Depression
  • Diseases of old age (Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s)
  • Fungal infections (Candida, Pneumocystis carinii, aspergillosis, etc.)
  • Hormonal disorders
  • Hypertension
  • Impotence, frigidity
  • Lowered immunity
  • ME/Chronic fatigue syndrome, burnout
  • Organ degeneration, raised cholesterol
  • Orthopaedic disorders
  • Premature aging
  • Viral infections (herpes, Epstein-Barr, hepatitis, etc.)

A growing number of Naturopaths and Doctors, who cooperate in the „International Therapeutennetzwerk“ (ITN) use Cellsymbiosistherapy® in their practice.
